When Ty and Cole got to the campsite, the ward was starting their testimony meeting. Afterwards Cole went up to Bishop Brown and just kinda jabbered, couldn't understand what he was saying, but Ty did hear him close as if he was bearing his testimony...

This is Cole's "I don't want to eat breakfast" face.
They did it! They did "Fathers and Sons". They slept in the van that night, and Cole woke up in the middle of the night and said, "Dad, lets drive, go home". Ty said to him, "Cole, we ARE going to do this." The next morning, Cole woke up bright and early and said, "We did it Dad!" He hasn't stopped talking about it since!

Yeah! Hopefully this post will help Cory to realize that next year he WILL be doing it! (Our ward is gone tonight and Brock and Cory missed out this year). I am so glad that Tyler and Cole stuck it out, and that Cole was so proud to have made it through the night. Way to go!
